Hey David!
LOVE the pictures. After all the fussiness throughout the shoot, I didn't think you got ONE good shot...but, you got so many GREAT ones. We're really happy with them. You have a fantastic eye for picture taking and you captured the innocence, emotions, and love in Jada. You really are awesome if you could get all those pictures out of those 2 hours. I really thought we only got her to smile once, and was so frustrated after the session. When we looked at the proofs on the website, Alvin and I were both SO HAPPY with them and pleasantly surprised. I like the ones that were up close of her face too, even the cyring ones were cute. AND, the BEST part was viewing the one family shot where Jada is looking at the camera to find that Alvin's not blinking after all...when he smiles really big his eyes are very small ;). So, I'm definitely using that picture for our Christmas photo card. Yay! Not to mention I'll be printing some of Jada for Christmas gifts for our parents and grandparents.

We hope to see you again in 3 months :). I see Tiff on Tuesday for a haircut, can't wait to tell her all about the pictures. I already told her how Jada couldn't have been more fussy and how she only smiled once...she'll be surprised to find out how great they turned out.

My main goal is for you to be happy with your photographs. I will not accept payment for pictures you don't like. The way I ensure this is by not taking any money until you have photos you like in your hands.

If you do not like the photos from your shoot we will have two options. The first option is a re-shoot. This will require you and I to mutually agree on a re-shoot. The second option is for you to not take delivery of any images and therefore not pay me. Since I will not have taken payment yet you will not have to seek a refund.

I believe this policy gives you as the customer a layer of protection and assurance that you will not get the short end of the stick if you decide to take photographs with me. It is intended to give you peace of mind. I want the process to be as enjoyable and stress free as possible for you.
